Concrete Structures and Floors Ltd were contracted by Intelle Construction Ltd to construct a 28-storey apartment block in the centre of Cardiff for developer Urban Centric.  When we were awarded the project it was to be Cardiff’s tallest building, and firmly established our position as the region’s concrete frame contractor of choice.

Upon completion, in 2024, Gramercy Tower will offer 120 one-bed, 66 two-bed and 2 three-bed apartments along with a co-working space, residents lounge, fitness suite, two roof terraces, cycle storage and car parking. The development is situated at Crawshay Court on Curran Road, south of Cardiff Railway Station.

Over the course of the 12 month build we installed over 1,600 tonnes of reinforcing steel and poured over 6,500m3 of concrete.
