An extension to an existing residential block, old and new structures were interspersed.

This was a sea front development so was completed using Peri Duo and no tower cranes due to wind.

The structure included 

• Sympathetically designed to blend old with new.
• 4 blocks of concrete frame.
• 100% residential.
